The dimensions of identity built upon pillars of language, gender, ethnicity, class, race may not be a complete and an all-inclusive picture of the multidimensions essential to understanding distinct characteristics and the motivators of self. The idea of individualism has moved front and center ruling over demographic and psychographics collectives. The characteristics are now personas and the journey has replaced the simple purchase.
Why? We believe it’s the digital divide. It begs the question, can experience be strategy? Some stakeholders are employees and other stakeholders are customers. How does a corporation serve both equally well? Is it utopian? Or do core values that would drive revenues also drive a great workplace? Let’s list some: Being Courteous, Gracious, Respectful, Articulate, Calm, Presentable, Professional, Expedient, Transparent, Honest, Truthful, Considerate, Supportive, Effective, Generous, Flexible, Willingness, Communicative, etc.
